Q. What is included in my registration?
A.
One or two days of in-person workshops (depending on location) and sessions and an invitation to attend a social event.

Q. How soon can I register?
A.
Register online by selecting your preferred event location from the main menu. Click the “Register” button, and complete the registration form. Please check your spam folder for confirmation emails. For assistance with registration, contact events@bccampus.ca.

Q. When does registration close?
A.
Registration for Northern Lights College, Prince George Campus closes April 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST. Registration for College of New Caledonia, Dawson Creek Campus closes April 29, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST.

Q. What if I need to cancel my registration?
A.
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. If you find yourself unable to attend, we request you inform us as soon as possible by contacting events@bccampus.ca. This helps us avoids extra expense and avoids waste. It also allows us to accommodate more participants. While there are no penalties for cancelling, we greatly appreciate your courtesy in notifying us.

The BCcampus Regional Roadshow

Q. Where will the Roadshow be stopping?
A.
The BCampus Regional Roadshow will be making three stops at College of New Caledonia, Prince George Campus, Northern Lights College, Dawson Creek Campus, and Selkirk College, Fort St. John Campus.

Q. What is the registration cost?
A.
This event is free of charge.
For those travelling to attend the Roadshow, the BCcampus Travel Grant supports access to professional learning events for B.C. post-secondary educators and instructional support staff who do not have sufficient funds for travel and professional development. The deadline to apply is March 23, 2025.

Q. Can I attend multiple stops on the Roadshow?
A.
Yes! B.C. post-secondary educators are welcome to attend the event at all roadshow locations.

Q. Will the program schedules be the same for all the locations?
A.
The schedules will be posted soon!
Each institution has selected their preferred program. Please refer to the specific institution’s schedule:

Q. How long is the event?
A.
Each stop will have one or two days of programming, depending on location. Each day runs from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a social event after sessions conclude on the first day. Please refer to the schedule on the website for details:

Q. Will there be a recording of the sessions?
A.
Due to the workshop format, we will not be recording or live streaming the sessions.

Q. Who can attend the Roadshow events?
A.
The BCcampus Regional Roadshow is designed for B.C. post-secondary faculty, instructors, facilitators, and educators. Attendees must register with a B.C. post-secondary email address to attend.

Q. What should I wear?
A.
Dress is business casual – please wear anything comfortable for you.

Q. What do I need to bring?
A.
Supplies will be provided, but we recommend bringing a pen and notebook for anything you may want to jot down during the sessions.

Q. What if I don’t want my picture taken?
A.
Please let us know in your registration. We will identify you by a red lanyard on your name tag. In the event a photographer catches you in the background of a photo, we will ensure we do not publish the photo.

Q. Are there any social events planned?
A.
At the end of the first day there will be a networking social where we will enjoy drinks and light snacks. Please refer to the schedule on the website for details:

Q. What if I need a break during the event?
A.
If you feel the need for a break during the event, each institution will have a dedicated Quiet Room. This space is designed for relaxation, meditation, and quiet rest. Feel free to use it to recharge and take a moment for yourself.
