The BCcampus Regional Roadshow will offer a tailored selection of workshops, sessions, and topics in our signature style of caring, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environments.

Admission to the Selkirk College – Castlegar Campus event on June 17-18, 2024, is free. Registration closes on June 10, 2024, 11:59 p.m.

Members of the B.C. post-secondary community outside of Selkirk College are invited to participate. Please register using a B.C. PSI email.

Cancellation Policy: We understand plans can change unexpectedly. If you find yourself unable to attend, we request you inform us as soon as possible by contacting events@bccampus.ca. This enables us to allocate resources efficiently and accommodate more attendees. While there are no penalties for cancelling, we greatly appreciate your courtesy in notifying us.

Travel, Amenities, and Accommodations

Hotels

If you are travelling from out of town and require accommodation, we recommend the following options close to the event space:

Meals and Social Event

Please be advised that catering services will not be provided, except for the social event. On-campus amenities are closed during event dates, but there are nearby options available by car.

The BCcampus Roadshow team will be hosting a social event at The Nineteenth from approximately 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m on June 17, 2024.

We will provide a variety of menu options for you to choose from along with two drink tickets for beer, wine, cider, or any non-alcoholic beverages. Dietary requests will be available.

The Nineteeth is an approximate eight-minute drive from the campus. If you don’t have transportation, we have arrangements with Castlegar Taxi for those who require taxi service. Please pick up a taxi voucher from the registration desk. We will also offer taxi vouchers following the social event. Please do not drink and drive. Castlegar has limited taxis availability, so we encourage everyone to share rides.
